During room vacating hours, due to a malfunction in the elevators, we ask you to take all luggage and bags down the stairs, luckily from the 2nd floor and no one from the hotel services helped.

Hello, I closed two adjoining rooms because I am with my children, as soon as we arrived at the hotel they did not give us adjoining rooms, but each separate non-adjoining room and we ended up getting rooms with a connecting door. There was excessive noise and it came out because of work on the floor above. The truth is the views were more but this is the truth. I hope for quieter days and health for everyone and peace in the whole country, Amen. Thank you
